Insurance can be complicated and confusing, but it doesn’t have to be. As a courtesy to our patients, we will check your plan when you come in for your exam to see if you are covered. Patients are welcome (and encouraged) to contact their insurance company for coverage and benefits prior to their visit as well.

In most cases, we are considered “in-network” with the following insurance companies, networks, and third-party entities that offer vision benefits. Click on the provider logo below to see your benefits:

Third Party Vision Plans:

If you have a vision plan from an “out-of-network” company, we still welcome your visit. Although you will be required to pay in full at the time of your visit, you will be able to receive the benefit from your plan by filling out the appropriate form and mailing it to your provider. Once the form has been received and processed, they will send a reimbursement to you.

Our office can bill most insurance companies as a courtesy to our patients, but cannot guarantee payment. Any un-paid fees or outstanding balances are the responsibility of the patient.
